Return & Refund Policy
1️⃣ 30-Day Return Period
We offer a return service within 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, refunds or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
2️⃣ Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unopened, in the same new condition as received, and kept in the original packaging.
Both the main product and any gifts must be returned together.
If the main product has been opened or used, affecting resale, refunds will not be issued.
If any free gifts have been used, their value will be deducted from the refund amount.
The 30-day return is not unconditional. A reasonable reason must be provided and the seller must approve the return request.
3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
Personal care, intimate, and sanitary products (if opened or used).
4️⃣ Refund Process
Once the seller receives the returned item, it will be inspected and verified.
If it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within a certain number of working days and credited back to your original payment method.
If the item does not meet the return standards, the refund request will be rejected.
5️⃣ Shipping Costs & Return Address
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

6️⃣ Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only supported for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
To request an exchange, please contact us via Facebook and send the item back to the above address.
7️⃣ Gift Return Policy
Both the main product and any free gifts must be returned together.
If the free gift has been used, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
